ORDER NO. 92/2008- SI(B)

 

          The Director General, All India Radio is pleased to promote Transmission Executives and Production Assistants including allied categories, as indicated in Annexure I & II respectively to the grade of Programme Executives on regular basis in the pay band II  of Rs. 9300-34800/-( pre-revised scale of Rs. 7500-250-12000/-) alongwith admissible  grade pay with immediate effect.

 

2.         The TREXs and Production Assistants so promoted will continue to be posted at their respective AIR Stations/Doordarshan Kendras . The charge assumption reports may be sent to this Directorate.

 

4.         The promoted officers will be on probation for a period of two years from the dates of their regular appointment/assumption of charge.  The annual probation reports on their work and conduct may be sent, in the prescribed proforma, to this Directorate in due course.

 

5.         The pay of officers will be fixed in the higher post under the provisions of FR-22.

 

6.         These promotions are subject to the outcome of WP No. 7763/2006 in the High Court of Rajasthan.
